Recognized worldwide among professional coffee drinkers, the KoRo Yirgacheffe Ground Coffee will certainly convince you too. It comes from the Yirgacheffe region, a city in the motherland of aromatic Arabica coffee, Ethiopia, which also gives it its name. There it is grown on the wide fields of the region at an altitude between 1770 and 2200 meters. After harvesting, it is washed, fermented and sun-dried using a special process. KoRo then imports it to Germany, where it is specially roasted for KoRo in Hamburg. This allows the Yirgacheffe to develop its variety of flavors even better. Finally, it is either ground or packaged as a whole bean. What distinguishes the Yirgacheffe coffee above all is its mild character, which is reminiscent of citrus fruits with its fruity note and thus stands out from other Arabicas. Paired with its fine acid profile and medium body, it becomes a pleasure for all lovers of complex coffees.
