Kneipp Sauna World iis a set of three different sauna-infusions in a small size: The invigorating Kneipp Sauna-Infusion Joy of Life, the refreshing Kneipp Sauna-Infusion Eukalyptus Birch and the aromatic Kneipp Sauna-Infusion Pure Time Out. Depending on the desired intensity fill 3-5 seal caps and mix with 1 liter water.
