Some like dark chocolate, others prefer milk chocolate and some swear by white chocolate. Every child knows that the different types of chocolate do not look and taste the same. But why is that so? The reason for this is the different high cocoa content. The darker the chocolate, the higher it is. The dark chocolate coating that wraps our KoRo Freeze-Dried Strawberries has at least 50% cocoa content, the whole milk chocolate coating at least 30%, and the white variety is not pure cocoa at all, just cocoa butter. Of course, this also affects the taste! Dark chocolate tastes slightly bitter and less sweet. Milk chocolate has an intense, chocolaty taste and is particularly creamy in the mouth thanks to the milk powder it contains.
